We will only exchange any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect/Faulty from OUR END. -We do not entertain exchanges on the basis of 'Change of mind'. Our team is always available on DM/Whatsapp for any kind of assistance regarding our products you may contact us before placing the order
•⁠ ⁠Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
-Any complaints regarding your order should be made within 24 hours of delivery. If you wish to return a product, it must be sent back to us within 7 days. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange within 2 days.
•⁠ ⁠There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to entertain return/exchange. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
1- Exchange request is made outside the specified time period. (24hrs of delivery)
2- Product is damaged because of wear and tear.
3- Product has been tampered.
4- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

•⁠ ⁠Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
-As we work on smaller batches/limited sized stocks, we cannot exchange product(s) if ordered in wrong size. Therefore, we recommend you to check our size sheets and description thoroughly before placing the order.
•⁠ ⁠Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore product(s) cannot be exchanged for this reason.
